摘要 本文就形成电磁屏蔽方舱屏蔽效能的关键工艺过程进行了分析,找出了方舱易发生电磁泄漏的主要原因,从加强结构件制作、舱体组装、设备和结构件安装等4个生产过程质量控制环节出发,探讨了质量控制点设置的时机和检验内容,以有效管控电磁屏蔽方舱的装配质量。 In this thesis, the key process of forming the shielding effect of electromagnetic shielding shelters is analyzed, and the main causes of electromagnetic leakage are found out. As for the 4 quality control links: strengthening the production of structural parts, assembling the shelter, and installing equipment and structural parts, the opportunity and test content of quality control point settings have been discussed so as to effectively con- trol the assembly quality of electromagnetic shielding shelter.
