摘要
为解决某车型的后大梁生锈问题,进行了电泳仿真模拟分析,得出了漆膜厚度不足的区域。做出了三个优化方案进行仿真分析,对比了漆膜厚度的变化,得出最优的更改方案并进行实车验证。验证结果表明该更改方案的漆膜厚度能满足车身的防腐性能要求。该分析方法能应用于车身的防腐性能提升以及车身结构设计时的防腐问题发现。
In order to solve the problem of rear rail corrosion of a vehicle, the electrophoresis simulation analysis had been performed, and the areas of paint-coat lack had been found. Three cases had been made to have the simulation contrastive analysis of the paint-coat thickness, and the optimal case was used to take the real vehicle test. The test result showed that the paint-coat thickness of the optimal case could meet the requirement of the anti-corrosion performance. This analysis process can be used for anti-corrosion performance improvement and corrosion problem- finding in the body structure design process.
