中国道路国际话语权面临的外部挑战与应对

中国道路国际话语权是中国国际话语权的核心内容,提升中国道路国际话语权有助于推进中国特色社会主义事业的发展,为世界其他国家提供更多的有益借鉴和启示,也可以丰富世界文明的内涵。当前,中国道路国际话语权面临着来自于西方话语霸权、国际社会的质疑以及"西强我弱"的国际传播格局等外部挑战。究其原因,有基于西方中心主义的立场、高度意识形态化的冷战思维以及维护西方自身利益的因素,也有中国道路国际话语权建构缺失的影响。要以坚持道路自信,做好顶层设计为前提,解决好构建中国道路国际话语体系,讲好中国故事这个核心问题,抓住提升中国道路国际传播能力这个关键,不断提升中国道路国际话语权。

International discourse power of China＇s road is the key problem of China＇s international discourse power. To enhance China＇s international discourse power of China＇s road would push the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics forward, provide reference and inspiration for other countries, and add many Chinese elements to world civilization. As for the international discourse power of China＇s road in recent years, China faces many exterior challenges such as hegemonic speech of the west, queries from international community, and international communication structure monopolized by western countries. These challenges have been caused by several factors such as the stand of Western Centrism, the highly ideologized mentality of the Cold War, and the lack of China＇s construction of the international discourse power of China＇s road. Based on confidence in China＇s road and thoughtful top design, it is of great significance to construct the system of international discourse power of China＇s road and to tell good Chinese stories and to improve China＇s capacity of the international communication, so that China is capable of enhancing continuously the international discourse power of China＇s road.
