The international cooperation of ＂ One Belt and One Road＂ has rapidly developed from China＇ s proposal to a great chorus which influences the economy and cooperation of the world. More than one hundred countries and international organizations have taken an active part in the construction of ＂ One Belt and One Road,＂ transforming the theory into a world action. The orientation of the demands and supplies of legal service for the international cooperation of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ is an urgent issue to be studied. The cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises needs the protection of legal service, and legal protection is a basic key element in the international cooperation of ＂One Belt and One Road. ＂ China, at the same time, also needs to pay more attention to participating in and leading the creation of the new regulations so as to solidify new models of international cooperation and global management.
