从“拷贝”走向“归化”——论对外国招生考试制度的借鉴

From "Copying" to "Naturalization"——On Referring to College Admission Systems of Foreign Countries

在高校招生考试改革的实践中,不可避免地需要借鉴外国的经验,通过对典型案例的分析发现,要想使外国的经验在本土成功嫁接,而不是机械套用,要注意几个主要因素:公平诉求,效率优先,以人为本,系统考量,明辨改革呼声。

This paper,based on the analysis of several typical cases,holds that,since we inevitably need to refer to the strong and weak points of the college admission systems of foreign countries,we should take the following factors into consideration:education equity,the priority of efficiency,being people-oriented,and public’s appealing to the reform.
