再议“高考移民”——基于高等教育资源区域配置的视角

Reanalysis of Phenomenon of "Migrate Examinees" from Perspective of Regional Allocation of Gaokao Resources——For Example the Gansu province

高等教育资源的区域配置不均衡是引发"高考移民"现象的深层原因。"高考移民"有流出地和两类流入地三个流向,分别与高等教育资源丰富地区、高等教育资源有限地区、高等教育资源贫乏地区相对应。结合这三类地区的实际情况,从高校数量、招生计划、教育投入三个指标对高等教育资源的区域配置进行比较,并提出解决"高考移民"问题的几条对策。

The present study holds that the phenomenon of "migrate examinees" lies in the lopsided allocation of the Gaokao resources.Generally speaking,the candidates for Gaokao usually migrate from resource-rich areas to resource-limited or resource-poor areas.In this case,this paper employs a reanalysis of the problem from the angles of the three factors---the numbers of the universities,admission plan of the authority,and education input by the government.Finally,the author puts forwards some solutions to it.
