摘要
高校自主招生制度实施七年来,在一定程度上发挥了促进高校招考制度多元化、扩大高校自主权、增加高等教育机会等方面的积极作用,但同时仍存在诸多问题亟待解决,如定位不当、公平与效率理解偏颇、面试环节科学性不够、强校联盟对自主招生的异化等问题,阻碍了高校自主招生制度的初衷的实现。认识到这些问题有助于改革的深化和制度优越性的发挥。
Although after 7 years’ implementation of the policy, great achievements have been made, for example, promotion of policy diversification, higher degree in autonomy, and increase in equal opportunities of higher education for candidates, there are still many problems to be resolved for independent recruitment reform. To solve the problems like improper classification, biasness, unscientific retesting procedures, and dissimilation of the policy, etc, the author here supposes that it is significant to comprehend these problems and then to find out solutions, which will be helpful to deepen the reform and better the system.
