摘要
目前我国大学生"知识失业"现象日益严重。基于"二元劳动力市场分割理论"的视角,分析我国二元劳动力市场分割对大学生"知识失业"造成的障碍,为缓解大学生"知识失业"提出相应的对策建议。
To help alleviate the problem of "educated unemployment" which has been more serious nowadays,this article,based on the perspective of dual labor market theory,tries to analyze briefly the problems and offer some suggestions for this issue.
