知识失业背景下的自学考试改革

On Reform of Self-taught Examination against Background of Educated Unemployment in China

随着高等教育的迅猛发展,我国受过高等教育的人群占全国人口的比例大幅上升,并一举成为全球高等教育规模最大的国家。但是,高等教育的"大跃进"也导致了一个不容忽视的现象——知识失业。作为我国高等教育的"三驾马车"之一,自学考试受知识失业的影响较大。从知识失业的大背景出发,探寻并论证自学考试的改革路径,具有很强的现实指导意义。

With the rapid development of higher education,China has a big highly-educated population which accounts for a substantial proportion of the national population,and thus becomes a country of the largest scale in higher education around the world.However,the "Great Leap Forward" in higher education in China has led to a phenomenon which can not be ignored:the educated unemployment,in which process,the self-taught education has been worse affected.Against this educated unemployment background,this article holds that it will be of practical significance to discuss more about the reform of self-taught examination in China.
