摘要
最近几年,屡屡有考试曝出"枪手替考"、"试题泄露"、"高科技作弊"等丑闻,有人认为是时下考试制度不完善,也有人认为是政府监管措施太软,从考试伦理道德的角度来看,笔者认为可以归结为个人的诚信问题,这也是本文将要讨论的主要问题。
As for the current scandal of "substitute examinees/ghost testees" "disclosure of test information" and "high-tech cheating", some people think that it is the defective examination system who should be blamed. Others hold that it is the government who should take the responsibility. The author here supposes that the personal integrity should be blamed for the examination cheating. Thus, the main topic for this paper is to discuss the issue of personal integrity from ethical point of view.
