改进胀管法在热力管道更换的应用

摘要 以某蒸汽管改热水管等径置换工程为例,利用蒸汽管和热水管保温层厚度差,改胀管法施工工法为推出旧蒸汽管,使用自制的扩孔装置将保温层打碎推出,成孔后,利用旧管道的玻璃钢套保护孔洞,拖入新管道,完成敷设的新型工法。 Taking the equal diameter replace- ment project of a steam pipe with hot water pipe as ex- ample, the thickness difference between steam pipe and hot water pipe insulation layers is used to change the tube expander construction method to pushing out the old steam pipe. The homemade reaming device is used to break and push out the insulation layer. After form- ing the hole, the old pipe glass steel jacket is used to protect the hole, and the new pipe is pulled into tile place to complete the new laying method.
