摘要 采用STT半自动根焊+FCAW自保护焊丝半自动填充、盖面的焊接方式,在对X100高强管线钢化学成分、力学性能进行分析的基础上,结合选定的焊接工艺方案,对该管线钢环焊缝焊接接头的抗拉强度、冲击韧性、硬度、断裂韧性和抗氢致开裂等性能进行试验分析。X100高强管线钢焊接接头金属所具有的强、塑、韧等方面的力学性能均满足要求,且不存在热影响区软化现象,实现了与母材的等强匹配;所得焊接接头具有良好的低温韧性和抗氢致开裂性能。选用的焊接工艺合理,采用该工艺可以得到性能良好的接头。 Surface Tension Transfer (STT) semi-automatic root welding plus self-shielded flux- cored arc welding (FCAW) wire filling and covering are used to weld XI00 high-strength pipeline steel. Based on the analysis of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the XIO0 high-strength pipe- line steel, combined with the selected welding process, the tensile strength, impact toughness, hardness, frac- ture toughness and resistance to hydrogen induced cracking of the pipeline weld seam welded joint were tested and analyzed. The mechanical properties such as strength, ductility and toughness of XIO0 high- strength pipeline steel welded joint meet the require- ments, and there is no softening phenomenon in heat affected zone, achieving an equal matching? with the base metal. The resulting welded joint has a good low temperature toughness and good resistance to hydrogen induced cracking. The selected welding process is rea- sonable, and the high performance joints can be ob- tained by the process.
