Application of Directional Drilling Forward Pushing Process to Crossing Mountain with Large Drop

比较大落差山体定向钻穿越中传统工艺法与正推工艺法的施工工艺及优缺点,探讨施工过程中出现S形轨迹、钻头动力不足、泥浆不足等问题的解决措施,结合工程实例,介绍正推工艺法中钻机、钻具类型选择及工艺流程。

The construction technology,advanta- ges and disadvantages of the traditional process are compared with the forward pushing proeess in direc- lional drilling crossing of mountain with large drop. The solutions of ＂ s-type＂ trajectory, insufficient drill bit power and insufficient mud in the construction process are discussed. Combined with an engineering example, the model selection of drilling machine and drilling tools in the forward pushing process as well as the technological process are introduced.
