摘要
为提高焦炉煤气制液化天然气(LNG)装置的甲烷回收率,利用ASPEN PLUS V7.2模拟软件对液化工艺进行模拟计算,对影响甲烷回收率的因素进行分析。结果表明,分氢罐操作温度越低,分氢罐操作压力越高,原料气中甲烷含量越高,甲烷回收率将越高。分氢罐操作温度对甲烷回收率的影响最显著,提高甲烷回收率的关键在于降低分氢罐操作温度。实际运行中,利用该研究成果,提高了装置的甲烷回收率,降低了焦炉煤气制LNG生产成本。
In order to increase the methane re- covery rate in production of LNG from coke oven gas, the simulation calculation of the liquefaction process is performed by ASPEN PLUS V7.2, and the factors in- fluencing the methane recovery rate are analyzed. Sim- ulation results indicated that the lower the operation temperature of the hydrogen tank, the higher the opera- tion pressure of the hydrogen tank, and the higher the methane content in the raw material gas, the higher the methane recovery rate. The most significant factor in- fluencing the methane recovery rate is the operation temperature of the hydrogen tank, and the key to in- crease the methane recovery rate is to decrease the op- eration temperature of the hydrogen tank. By utilizing this research results in actual operation, the methane recovery rate increases, and the production cost of LNG from coke oven gas decreases.
