带压洗泵装置在煤层气井排采过程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 煤层气储层普遍具有弱含水,供液能力差的特点,尤其在排采中后期,产液量极低,使得排采过程中,动液面下降较快,导致井底流压难以控制;同时,低产液量无法满足带出煤粉所需要的流速,使得煤粉在井筒沉降,容易引起卡泵现象,严重的需要进行检泵作业。为了确保煤层气"连续、缓慢、稳定"排采,特引入带压洗泵装置,本文进行了该装置的工作原理介绍及效果分析,通过F2井现场实践应用,发现其可以有效稳定液面和延长检泵周期,效果良好。 The coalbed methane reservoirs are generally characterized by weak water cut and poor liquid supply capacity. Especially in the middle and late stages of drainage gas recovery, the liquid production is extremely low, which makes the liquid level drop faster and the bottom pressure is difficult to control;At the same time, low liquid production capacity cannot meet the required flow rate for bringing out coal powder, making the coal powder settle in the wellbore bottom, which easy causes the phenomenon of pump sticking. In order to ensure "continuous, slow and stable" recovery of coalbed methane, pump washing device under pressure is always used. In this paper, the working principle of the device was introduced, and application effect was analyzed. Through site practice application in F2 well, it's found that it can effectively stabilize the liquid level and extend the pump checking period, the effect is good.
