调流控水筛管内部流场的数值模拟

摘要 调流控水筛管是一种均衡水平井各段产液的防砂控水设备,为了给调流控水筛管的制备和关键工艺设备研制提供理论基础,应用计算流体力学软件对调流控水筛管内部流场进行模拟计算。通过改变喷嘴直径的大小和气体含量来模拟不同参数下调流控水筛管内部流场,获得合理的调流控水筛管结构参数。 As a equipment balancing the production fluid of every sections in horizontal wells, completion strings with inner-located nozzle can prevent the sand and control the water. In order to provide theoretical basis for preparation of completion strings with inner-located nozzle and development of important processing equipments, the inner flow field of the completion strings with inner-located nozzle was simulated with FLUENT software. Through changing the nozzle diameter and gas volume, the inner flow of completion strings with inner-located nozzle under different parameters conditions was simulated, and the reasonable structure parameters of completion the strings with inner-located nozzle were obtained.
