摘要
C-N键广泛存在于天然产物和药物中间体中,而利用脱羧-Mannich反应可以有效地构建碳-氮键,是合成β-氨基醇和β-氨基取代的羰基化合物以及β-内酰胺的有效方法之一。本文介绍了不对称催化脱羧-Mannich反应的研究进展。
C-N bonds are widely found in natural products and pharmaceutical intermediates, and decarboxylation-Mannich reaction can be used to effectively construct carbon-nitrogen bonds, It is the effective method to synthesize β-amino alcohol and β-amino-substituted carbonyl compounds and β-lactam.In this paper, research progress of asymmetric catalytic decarboxylation-Mannich reaction was introduced.
