股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果。方法抽取2013年4月至2016年3月焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院收治的96例股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折老年患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各48例。对照组行动力髋螺钉内固定,观察组行股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定。对比两组手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生率,随访6个月,对比两组髋关节功能(Harris)评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间短、术中出血量少、骨折愈合时间短,且并发症发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(18.75%),术后Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年股骨粗隆间骨质疏松性骨折股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗,手术效果显著,且术后并发症少,更利于骨折愈合及髋关节功能改善。
