摘要
为了给定量优化肿瘤间质介入放射性核素治疗方案提供理论依据。通过分析肿瘤间质介入核素治疗的全过程,对过程中的吸收剂量、剂量效应及疗效预测三个层次的数学模型进行理论探讨。给出了肿瘤组织中吸收剂量率及克隆源性细胞存活率的时空分布计算公式,并导出了肿瘤的控制概率计算公式。
For the entire process of intervention tumor therapy through interstitial injection of -radionuclides, mathematical models were discussed in terms of absorbed dose distribution, dose effect relationship and tumor curability levels. The following mathematical formulae for the tumor therapy were recommended, which were based, respectively, on, 1) radiation dose rate distribution in tumor volume, 2)clonogenic cells survival fraction distribution in tumor and 3)tumor control probability. The mathematical formulae could be used as the basic theory in the tumor treatment planning for interstitial intervention with -radionuclides.
