摘要
针对掘进机在煤矿井下工作时,由于巷道地质条件限制或者施工工序影响,当机器停机或者空载时,油液循环停止水冷却效果不好的问题。采用双联柱塞泵+齿轮泵结构设计,增加液压油冷却循环,有效降低油液温度,避免因冷却不足导致液压系统温度升高造成的元件频繁损坏故障。齿轮泵作为补油和油液循环装置使用时,有效解决井下传统补油方式效率低、易污染及冷却不足的问题。
In view of the limitation of tunnel geological conditions and the influence of construction procedure, the effect of water cooling is not good. Double plunger pump and gear pump structure design is adopted to increase the cooling cycle of hydraulic oil, effectively reduce the oil temperature, avoid the frequent failure of the components caused by the cooling system. At the same time, the gear pump is used as the oil filling device, which can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency and easy pollution of the traditional oil filling method.
