摘要
关于橡胶减振器的非线性力学行为和特性研究及其实践应用问题,一直以来是科技界和工程界的较前沿问题。由于橡胶减振器动态力学性能和力学行为理论及实验上的缺陷,造成了橡胶减振器设计精度低、性能不可靠的现状。针对这一现状,研究了基于唯象理论等基本理论,对静态和动态环境下,减振橡胶材料的本构模型建立方法也进行了探讨,获得了常用车辆减振橡胶材料的材料系数更详细的物理意义。
Research on nonlinear mechanics behavior and characteristics of rubber shock absorber and its practical application, it has been advanced in science and engineering problems. Due to the rubber shock absorber dynamic mechanical properties and the mechanical behavior of defects in theory and experiment, Caused the current situation of the rubber shock absorber design precision low performance is not reliable. In order to solve this situation, based on the basic theory of phenomenological theory, the static and dynamic environment by study ,damping rubber material constitutive model establishment method,won the commonly used vehicle damping rubber material coefficient more detailed physical meaning.
