摘要
从矿用电动轮自卸车主轴的模态和弹性力学理论入手,分析了因路面不平整引起的动载荷对主轴结构的影响,针对实车试验测试方式的弊端,建立了主轴的有限元模型,对其模态、强度、刚度作了全面分析,极端工况下安全系数为1.55,整体安全系数为1.3,仿真结果对样车的动态强度分析和结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
In electric-wheel mining dump truck spindle's modal and elastic mechanies theory,analysis of the dynamic load caused by uneven roads to the influenee of the spindle structure. Aimed at the disadvantages of sample electric-wheel mining dump truck tested, established the finite element model of the spindle,comprehensively analysis the spindle's modal ,strength,stiffness,in extreme condition its safety factor about 1.55,the overall safety factor about 1.3,the simulation results prototyped certain reference value of dynamic strength analysis and structure design .
