摘要
为改善传统钻机施工井下工程孔时存在的缺点,采用ZYWL-2000Y地面控制钻机在松藻逢春煤矿施工瓦斯抽放孔。根据试验矿井的地质条件、突出事故特征以及工作面情况,设计了抽放孔直径、深度与布局,选择了钻具及排渣方式。试验过程中,分别对钻机的地面控制、自动钻进、自动上下钻杆等功能进行了实用性、稳定性考察。试验结果表明,地面控制钻机各项自动化功能均能满足现场需求,达到了实用化标准,为煤矿的安全高效生产提供了可靠的装备支持。
Against the defects of drilling colliery engineering holes with traditional drilling rigs,the ZYWL-2000Y ground controlling drilling rig is used in Fengchun colliery of Songzao to drilling gas extracting boles. According to the geological conditions of Fengchun colliery,the features of outburst accidents and the conditions of the working face, the diameters, the depths and the arrangement of the extracting holes are designed ,also the drilling tools and the slagging method are selected. During the testing process, both the practicability and the reliability of the automatic functions are verified, of which the ground controlling,auto drilling,auto pipe-loading/unloading and so on are included. The testing results show that the automatic functions of the ground controlling drilling rig can satisfy the working demands, reach the practical standards and provide reliable equipment support for the safe and efficient production of the collieries.
