煤矿电气火灾危险性评价指标权重分配算法研究 被引量:10

摘要 针对煤矿电气火灾频发问题,考虑到煤矿电气火灾危险源呈现模糊性强且复杂多变等特点,基于层次分析模型建立煤矿电气火灾评价指标体系,选取G1法分配评价指标权重。计算结果表明,导致煤矿电气火灾发生的诸多指标中人员因素的权重为0.583 3,其中人员因素中疏忽管理和员工违章作业两子指标权重较大,分别为0.277 0、0.173 1;电气设备异常的权重为0.416 7,其中电气设备异常中导线短路和电气设备过负荷的权重较大,均为0.096 0。研究结果为强化煤矿电气火灾的安全管理提供科学参考。 Electrical fire accidents of coal mine occur repeatedly, causing serious loss to enterprise production and people's life safety. For electrical fire hazards of coal mine which has much fuzzier, more factors and more indexes in characteristics, the evaluation index system of coal mine electrical fire is built by analytic hierarchy model, and the reasonable weights of evaluation indexes are determined by combining analytic hierarchy model and G1 method. The results show that the assigned weight of human factor is 0.583 3, of which the two most important are negligence of management and work against job regulation, and their weights are 0.277 0 and 0.173 1 respectively; the assigned weight of electrical equipment faults is 0.416 7, of which the two most important are short-circuit and overload, and their weights are both 0.096 0. The research results can provide reference for the safety management of electrical fire of coal mine.
