摘要
可伸缩液压柔性掩护支架适用于45°~60°大倾角、厚度变化不大的薄煤层和中厚煤层,是采用伪倾斜采煤法的一种可靠的支护设备,为了确保支架的可靠性,方便支架结构优化设计,现对支架在工作过程中的支架顶底梁刚性强度、柔性连接装置、千斤顶支撑力等主要力学参数进行分析。
Telescopic hydraulic flexible shield support is suitable for the thickness of 45° to 60° big obliquity, little change in thin coal seam and thick seam, is to use a reliable oblique mining methods of supporting equipment, in order to ensure the reliability of the bracket, convenient bracket structure optimization design, now of stents in the working process of the avoidances beam intensity of rigid, flexible connection device, jack support and other main mechanical parameters were analyzed.
