摘要
采煤机在煤矿井下工作时,地质复杂,工作面经常会出现较大倾角和仰俯角。原始直滴油管结构在工作面出现起伏角后,依靠油自重,润滑油沿着油管外壁流下,滴在传动系统外部,不能给传动齿轮提供润滑油,导致传动系统急剧磨损,使其寿命缩短。现设计一种喇叭口滴油管结构解决了上述问题,提高了传动系统的可靠性,增加寿命。

Original straight drip tubing structures appeared in working face after rolling Angle, rely on gravity cases, falling down along the outer wall of the tubing and drop in external transmission system, cannot offer gear lubricant, lead to sharp wear drive system, shorten its life.Now new design a bell mouth drops of tubing structure to solve the above problems, improve the reliability of the transmission system, increase the life span.
