基于有限元法的矿用液压元件结构改进研究

摘要 矿用液压元件是流体机械进行往复运动中的关键部件,基于有限元法,利用有限元分析软件Solidworks Simulation对某液压元件进行静应力分析,得到液压元件的应力及位移変化云图。提出一种结构改进措施,并且对改进后的结构进行有限元分析,结果表明:结构改进后的液压元件比改进前应力集中减少,应力及位移变化幅度小,该结果为液压元件结构改进提供一定参考价值。 Hydraulic mining is a key component of the reciprocating movement of fluid machinery, based on the finite element method, the hydraulic components for static stress analysis using finite element analysis software Solidworks Simulation, obtained the hydraulic components should change cloud figure of force and displacement. Put forward the improvement measures of a structure, and the finite element analysis of the improved structure, the resuhs show that the hydraulic components of the improved structure is improved to reduce the stress concentration and amplitude of stress and displacement, the results for the improvement of hydraulic structure has a certain reference value.
