液压单驱单轨吊行走回路的仿真与分析

摘要 主要介绍了液压单驱单轨吊行走回路的工作原理,并根据行走回路的工作原理,利用AMESim软件进行建模和仿真分析。仿真结果表明,液压马达两端的压差取决于负载,运行速度与牵引力成反比,特性曲线的变化趋势与实际理论相一致,符合实际工作的要求。运用AMESim软件仿真分析对单轨吊在实际工作中的应用有一定的指导意义。 Mainly introduces the working principle of the hydraulic single drive monorail crane traveling circuit, and according to the working principle of the traveling circuit, using AMESim software to model, and simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the pressure difference between the two ends of the hydraulic motor depends on the load, and the operating speed is inversely proportional to the traction force. The use of AMESim software simulation analysis has practical significance for the application of monorail crane in practical work.
