摘要
利用Pro/E软件分别对DTⅡ型通用托辊架和某公司设计生产的托辊架进行建模,通过数据接口将模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件。通过定义部件的材料特性以及网格划分建立有限元模型,施加负载和支撑对它们进行工作载荷下的有限元分析,分别得到2种托辊架在工作载荷下的应力、变形分布情况和安全系数。通过仿真分析得到的结果对两者进行优劣性比较,同时为托辊架的结构设计提供数据参照。
Pro/E was used to model DT Ⅱ universal carring idler and a designed and manufactured by a company respectively, the model was imported into the ANSYS Workbench software through the data interface, the finite element model was established by defining the material properties of the components and the meshing. Afterwards,three factors, namely, stress,deformation distribution and safety of the two kinds of carring idler stands were obtained by applying load and support to them under certain working load.Finally, through the results got from simulation analysis,pros and cons of the two roller racks were compared, which were also used as data reference for the frame structure design of carring idler in the future.
