多层卷绕钢丝绳的张力控制仿真研究

摘要 针对多层卷绕钢丝绳张力恒定的控制要求,以及卷绕钢丝绳变层时干扰信号强的特点,采用S函数建立了神经网络PID控制器,通过训练神经网络的权系数间接地调整PID参数来优化控制效果,并对多层卷绕张力控制系统进行数学建模与Matlab/Simulink仿真,通过与常规PID控制仿真结果对比,表明设计的神经网络PID控制器比常规PID控制器对多层卷绕钢丝绳张力控制具有更好的效果。 For the control requirement of Multi-layer winding wire rope tension constant and the strong interference signal when the winding wire rope is changing layer,In this paper creates the neural network PID controller by uses of S-Founction to adjust the PID parameters indirectly and optimize control effect by training weight coefficient of the neural network.The mathematical modeling and Matlab/Simulink simulation of Multi-layer winding tension control system are also carried out. Compared with the conventional PID control, the simulation results is shown that the designed neural network PID controller has a better effect for Multi-layer winding wire rope tension control.
