摘要
运用Pro/E软件建立斜齿圆柱齿轮的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS软件利用网格划分技术得到三维有限元模型。通过对斜齿圆柱齿轮的动力学模态分析,求出齿轮前10阶固有频率,通过后处理程序得到前10阶固有频率所对应的振型图。该结论可作为齿轮设计过程中外界激励频率避开齿轮固有频率的理论参考,避免齿轮在激励作用下发生共振现象。
This paper is going to establish the 3D solid model of helical column gear by using Pro/E software, and the 3D finite element model is obtained by using the mesh size from ANSYS software. Based on the dynamic modal analysis of helical column gear, this paper is going to work out the first ten natural frequencies of the gear, and obtain the corresponding mode shapes of the first ten natural frequencies by the post-processing program. It can be used as the theoretical reference of avoiding the natural frequency from the external excitation frequency in the design process of gear, and to avoid the resonance phenomenon of the gear in the incentive function.
