研究任务从根本上规定着学科的建设方向,是学科建设成功与否的主要判定标准,指导和约束着学科建设的全过程。创立"一带一路"经济学必须首先明确其研究任务。认为"一带一路"经济学的研究任务就是揭示"一带一路"沿线国家之间新型国际分工合作关系的发展规律。分工合作在经济行为中的基础性地位、新型全球化的内在要求、"一带一路"倡议的丰富内涵以及全球价值链的亟待重塑,都要求对"一带一路"沿线国家之间新型国际分工合作关系进行深入研究,以揭示其发展规律。这一研究任务的确立将推动"一带一路"经济学的创立,进而在理论和政策层面为推进"一带一路"建设作出贡献。

The establishment of the research mission will promote the creation of ＂the Belt and Road＂ economics, furthermore, it will contribute to the development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ at the theoretical and policy level.
