"一带一路"经济学是"一带一路"建设实践与中国对外开放实践相结合的规律发现。通过探讨作为"一带一路"经济学研究对象的新型国际分工合作关系的内涵与特征、确立依据和体现,认为新型国际分工合作关系产生于沿线国家共商、共建、共享"一带一路"倡议的实践,以互利共赢和平等民主为核心内涵,具有突破传统和动态演进的特征,既揭示了"一带一路"倡议的经济逻辑,且其在世界范围内的扩展为实现新型全球化奠定了基础。

＂The Belt and Road＂ Economics is a discovery that includes the combination of the ＂the Belt and Road＂ and China＇ s opening practice. This paper preliminarily discusses the connotation, characteristics and establishes basis and reflections of the new international division of labor relation which is the object of study of the Belt and Road Economics. The new international division of labor relation arises from the practice of co - operation, co - construction and sharing of initiatives, and it has the core content including mutual benefit and win - win situation, equality and democracy, and two featureswhich are breaking through traditionand dynamic evolution. The new international division of labor relations not only reflects the economics logic of the ＂the Belt and Road＂ Initiative but also its expansion in the world has laid the foundation for a new type of globalization, which are the main reasons of such a conception which can be the object of study of the ＂the Belt and Road＂ Economics.
