家庭养老影响要素的实证分析——基于Charls2013的数据

An Empirical Analysis of Influencing Factors about Family Pension:Based on the Date of Charls2013

家庭养老在社会养老服务体系建设中占有重要地位。学界对家庭养老的研究主要集中于子女养老和自我养老的效果方面,但在现代化观念、家庭结构转变、自我保障意识等因素的影响下,需要进一步分析"子女养老和自我养老的地位如何""两种养老形式对老年人的影响程度"等诸多问题。通过整合利用Charls2013的数据,利用二元Logistic回归分析方法,对先前设定的自变量和因变量进行分析,发现子女养老的作用正在逐步减弱、老年人自我养老的影响正在扩大、新兴的养老方式需要不断完善等结论。并以之为出发,提出采取灵活化服务形式、实行家庭养老和社会保险相结合方式、推进商业性养老保险实施等政策建议。

The family aged service plays an important role in the social aged service. Academic study is focused on the effect of children and self - care for the aged, but in the modern concept of family structure changes, under the influence of self - security awareness and other factors, there is the need for further analysis, ＂the status of children and self provide for the aged the impact for the aged service under two way＂ and many other issues. By integrating charls2013 data, using binary Logistic regression analysis and analying previously set of independent variables and the dependent variable, this paper concludes that children aged effect is gradually weakened while, self aged affect is expanding, and new aged service ways needs to keep perfection. And from this point, we propose to adopt a flexible way of pension, implement family provision for aged combining social insurance and promote the commercial pension insurance implementation.
