摘要
目的研究高碘高氟联合对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法断乳1个月的Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,即对照组(自来水)、高碘组(1.685 mg/L KIO_3)、高碘高氟Ⅰ组(自来水+5 mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO_3)、高碘高氟Ⅱ组(自来水+10mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO_3)、高碘高氟Ⅲ组(自来水+20 mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO_3),每组30只,雌雄各半,通过自由饮水进行高碘高氟联合染毒,在2、4、8个月时,每组随机抽取10只大鼠(雌雄各5只),进行空间学习记忆能力测试。结果染毒8个月高碘高氟Ⅲ组大鼠的潜伏期及路径高于对照组和单纯高碘组,平台所在象限的时间(路径)与总时间(总路径)的比值较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论高碘高氟联合染毒引起Wistar大鼠的定位航行和空间探索能力明显下降,提示高浓度的氟在高水碘的情况下长期暴露可对智力造成损伤。
Objective To investigate the joint effects of excessive fluoride and iodine on the learning and memory ability of rats.Methods Wistar rats weaned for one month were randomly divided into five groups,control,high iodine group(1.685 mg/L KIO3),joint group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(5 mg/L NaF +1.685 mg/L KIO3,10 mg/L NaF +1.685 mg/L KIO3 and 20 mg/L NaF +1.685 mg/L KIO3),30 rats per group(mald:female =1 ∶2).The treatments were conducted through drinking water for 2,4 and 8 months respectively and spatial learning and memory ability test was done by Morris water maze test.Results The time and route of the fluoride and iodine joint group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with iodine treatment group,the ratio of the time(the route) that the rats swam in the quadrant in which the platform located to the total time(total route) in the fluoride and iodine joint group Ⅲ treated for eight months was significantly decreased(P <0.05).Conclusion Excessive fluoride and iodine joint exposure may cause significant decrease of learning and memory ability in rats.
