肥胖对环境污染物所致健康损害的易感性及其机制研究概况 被引量:2

Susceptibility of obesity to environmental pollutants and its potential mechanisms:a review of recent studies

摘要 肥胖及其相关疾病已经成为全球的公共卫生问题,越来越多的研究提示肥胖对环境污染物所致健康损伤的易感性都有所增加,其机制可能与环境污染物在脂肪组织中的蓄积、肥胖诱发氧化应激和炎症以及细胞色素P450代谢酶的活力改变有关,但也有研究提示肥胖可以增加机体对环境毒物的耐受性。因此,笔者主要就超重或肥胖对环境因素所致呼吸系统、心血管系统、生殖系统、肝脏以及神经系统等损害的易感性进行了综述,并提出可能的机制,旨在为超重或肥胖患者的健康保护策略提供依据。 Obesity and related disorders constitute the greatest threat to global human health.More and more studies suggest that obesity confers susceptibility to the pollutants-induced health damage.The mechanisms are related to the accumulation of environmental pollutants in adipose tissue,oxidative stress and activity change of CYP450 metabolic enzymes.However,some studies suggest that obesity may enhance the body tolerance to pollutants.Therefore,the studies which suggest obesity confers susceptibility to the pollutants-induced health damage of the respiratory system,cardiovascular system,reproductive system,liver and nervous system were summarized.The potential mechanisms are also proposed.This review will provide a reference for the policy warranted for protection of obesity from environmental hazards.
