尺神经损伤术后34例随访分析

Treatment of Ulnar Nerve Injury: a Follow-up Study of 34 Cases

我院10年来,用显微外科技术治疗单纯尺神经损伤64例,随访2年以上者34例,优良率79.4％。总结认为,防止漏诊,早期(最好是急诊)准确地神经修复是提高优良率的关键;应尽可能同时修复合并的肌腱与尺动脉损伤;对晚期神经伤也应设法修复,对畸形严重者行相应的功能重建术能有效地改善手的功能。

In recent 10 years, 34 cases of ulnar nerve injury have been treated with microsurgical technique. The rate of good recovery is 79.4％. Various factors influendng functional recovery are analysed. Among them avoidance of misdiagnosis on first call and early accurate repair are the key to the raising of rate of good recovery. Tendon and artery injuries should be repaired simultaneously if possible. The problem of reconstruction for ulnar palsy is also discussed.
