柑桔叶片不同叶龄角质层和蜡质的季节变化

THE SEASON VARIATION OF DIFFERENT STAGED LEAF OF CUTICLE AND WAX OF CITRUS LEAVES

本文报导了柑桔叶片不同叶龄角质层和蜡质的季节变化规律:1.幼叶期至成熟期叶片角质层厚度增长与叶肉厚度增长呈正相关且较显著,但蜡质密度小。2.成熟期至老龄期叶片角质层厚度增长与叶肉厚度增长呈正相关但不显著,蜡质密度大。3.冬季低温比夏季高温更有利于叶片角质层和蜡质的沉积。(4)越冬期老龄叶片的角质层厚度、蜡质密度达到最高水平。

The law of season variation of cusicle and wax of different staged leaf citrus leaves are as follows: (1)A positive correlation between the thichness of cuticle and mesophyll is obvious in the leaves from the young to the mature stages,the thichness is increassing with the increasing of leaf stage, the wax density is low. (2)A positive correlation between the thichuess of cuticle and messophyll is not obvious in the leaves from the mature to the old stages, the thichness is increasing with the increasing of leaf stage and the decreasing of temperature, the wax density is high. (3)The low temperature in winter is advantageous to the deposition of cuticle and wax of the leaves than high temperation in summer. (4)The cuticle thiehness and wax density of old leaves are up to maximum in winter period.
