Construction technology of cast-insitu box girder of Dahuangshan-Urumqi reconstruction and extension project of Beijing-Urumqi expressway

以京新高速公路大黄山至乌鲁木齐段改扩建工程现浇箱梁施工为例,从碗扣架的搭设、模板安装、碗扣支架预压、钢筋及预应力管道的制作及安装、箱梁混凝土浇筑及养护、预应力张拉、压浆、封锚等方面,对现浇箱梁的施工技术要点进行了总结。

Taking the construction of cast - in - situ box girder of Dahuangshan - Urumqi reconstruction and extension project of Beijing - Urumqi Expressway as an example, this paper summarizes the key technical points in the construction of cast - in - situ box girder from erection of bowl- buckle scaffold, formwork installation, preloading of bowl - buckle bracket, production and installation of reinforcement and prestre - ssed pipe, pouring and maintenance of concrete box girder, prest - ressed tension, pressure grouting, anchor seal, and so on.
