摘要
青年教师已经成为学校重要的群体,青年教师的成长事关学校的未来。青年教师的成长进步主要包括:师德师风的养成、教学水平的提高、科研能力的提升。通过实施"青年教师职业生涯规划计划"、"青年教师教学能力培育计划"、"青年教师科研创新能力提升计划",为青年教师成长营造宽松和谐的环境,为青年教师成长铺设更多台阶,为青年教师发展提供更多支持,帮助青年教师立稳行远。
Young teachers, as an important part of teaching group, have great impact on the development of the universitythey are working in. Young teachers grow and develop in such aspects asteaching ethics and morals, teaching skills, and scientific research capabilities. So three projects have been proposed to help young teachers grow, i.e. Career Planning project, Teaching Skills Promoting project and Scientific Research Innovation Ability Promotion plan. These projects should be carried out to create a harmonious working environment and provide more solicitudes and supports for young teachers' growth so that they can stand firm and go afar in their career.
