公共服务满意度、社会资本与居民主观幸福感关系研究——基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2013的实证分析

Public Service Satisfaction,Social Capital and Subjective Well-Being of Residents—An Empirical Study on China's General Social Survey (CGSS 2013)

社会治理精细化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容,不断提升居民主观幸福感是社会治理精细化在供给侧改革中的重要体现。基于国家和社会双重视角,利用2013中国综合社会调查(CGSS)的数据,探讨公共服务满意度和个人社会资本对于居民主观幸福感的影响。研究发现:公共服务满意度和个人社会资本确实是影响居民主观幸福感的重要因素,且公共服务满意度对于居民主观幸福感的影响作用大于个人社会资本的影响,分群体回归结果表明公共服务满意度对于农村居民和低收入群体主观幸福感的影响较大,而个人认知性社会资本对于城市居民主观幸福感的影响较大。结合当前"十三五"规划及供给侧改革发展要求给出相关的政策建议。

Refinement of social governance is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity , and improving the residents, subjective well - being continuously is an important manifestation of so-cial governance refinement in the perspective of supply side reform. Based on the national and social perspectives, this pa-per explores the impact of public service satisfaction and personal social capital on the subjective well - being of the resi- dents by using the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey （CGSS） 2013. It is found that public service satisfaction and personal social capital are the important factors influencing residents, subjective well - being, and the effect of public serv-ice satisfaction on residents, subjective well - being is greater than that of individual social capital on residents, subjective well - being. The results of sub - group regression show that public service satisfaction has greater impact on rural residents and low - income groups,and individual social capital has greater impact on urban residents’ subjective well - being. Based on the requirement of “13th Five - Year” planning and development, this paper gives some policy inspirations.
