理工科高校大学生差别化专利能力目标定位及实现路径研究

A Research into the Target Location and Implementation Path with Regard to Differentiated Patent Capabilities of the Students Majoring in Science and Engineering in the Institutes of Higher Learning

以理工科大学生为研究对象,从专利制度体系建设、知识产权强国建设、理工科大学生创新、就业和创业的要求和需求出发,对理工科高校大学生差别化专利能力培养进行了目标定位,构建了差别化专利能力培养模型和差别化专利能力评价标准模型,同时就如何实现理工科大学生专利能力差别化教育的路径进行了分析。研究成果可为理工高校大学生专利能力培养提供有效借鉴。

With the college students of science and engineering as the research object, and the construction of the patent system, intellectual property power, the needs of students＇ creativity, employment and business un-dertaking in mind, this paper makes an effort to conduct a target location regarding the development of differenti-ated patent capabilities of the students majoring in science and engineering in the institutes of higher learning, with the construction of the relevant development models and standard models of capability evaluation and the simultaneous analysis of how to implement the path. The research results will serve as an effective reference in this regard.
