奥运会是国际奥运健儿的世界性聚会,"更快,更高,更强"是体育健儿的追求。俄罗斯运动员使用兴奋剂遭受禁赛,俄罗斯残奥队,更遭受到全面禁赛。对俄罗斯兴奋剂事件进行了法社会学视野下的分析,对俄罗斯兴奋剂事件进行如下解读。民族文化品格的束缚、反兴奋剂机构的职能腐败、国家职权部门的监管不完善、运动员自身态度错误、体育从业人员法制意识淡薄。对我国的体育价值观念、俄罗斯兴奋剂问题的化解策略、反兴奋剂机构加强独立性、政府法治建设、运动员训练模式等方面进行借鉴和完善。全面建立法治思维,构建体育的法治化发展。

Russian athletes banned by doping, the Russian Paralympic team, but also suffered a total ban. In this pa-per, the doping events in Russia are analyzed from the perspective of Sociology of law. The shackles of national cultural char-acter ,the function of the Anti Doping Agency corruption, the supervision of the state authorities is not perfect, the athlete s own attitude is wrong, the legal consciousness of sports practitioners. This paper tries to draw lessons from the improvement of Chinas sports values, the solution of the problem of doping in Russia, the independence of Anti Doping agencies, the rule of law in the government, and the training mode of athletes. The establishment of the rule of law and the construction of the rule of law.
