中国休闲体育专业人才需求与培养现状调查研究

Research into the Investigation on the Demand and the Cultivation of Professional Personnel on Leisure sports

以现阶段我国休闲体育专业人才需求与培养现状为研究主体,梳理国内外休闲体育专业教育发展史;从我国政策及社会经济环境方面对我国休闲体育专业人才需求进行分析;通过统计2015和2016年全国本科院校休闲体育专业招生数量,调查访问国内14所体育专业院校休闲体育专业的建设情况,并结合文献计量学了解我国关于休闲体育理论研究基础和现状;全面分析研究我国休闲体育专业人才培养现状,提出休闲体育专业人才培养和专业建设的立足点;为政府和高校人才培养以及休闲体育专业建设和学科发展提供参考。

The research principal part of this thesis is the situation of the demand and the cultivation of professional personnel on leisure sports. The paper arranged the history of leisure sports professional education by using the method of literature, ex-pert interviews. The demand of professional personnel on Leisure sports is analyzed from the facet of policy and social and eco-nomic environment in China. On the basis of the enrollment statistics in 2015 and 2016, this paper explained the current situa-tion of cultivation of professional personnel on leisure sports. The research investigated the construction of leisure sports major in 14 Institutes of Physical Education and described the situation of leisure sports research from the point of bibliometric. Ref-erence and information associated with the cultivation of professional personnel on leisure sports is provided to the government and universities and colleges.
