Research on Logical Creation and Development Trend of Athletic Tennis “Solo”Model in China

中国竞技网球"单飞"管理模式是"举国体制"与职业化相结合的产物,是中国竞技网球管理模式的变革与创新。该研究从生成需要、生成动力、生成根基,探讨了"单飞"管理模式生成的实践性;从契合与应对、开放与融通、经纪助推探讨了"单飞"管理模式生成的时代性,分析了"单飞"管理模式存在的问题。通过对"单飞"管理模式生成的分析,能够清晰地洞悉"单飞"管理模式的发展特征,以期探寻其存在的不足,为完善"单飞"管理模式提供有价值的参考。

The tennis “ solo” mode is the combination of “National System” and professionalism and the outcome of the reform and innovation of athletic tennis management mode in China. This paper discusses the practicality of “ solo” management mode based on the analyses of the needs, driving force, and foundation of its creation ; explores its epochal character from the per-spectives of conjunction and response, openness and combination and broker booster; and analyzes the existing problems through assessing its deserved values and actual deficiencies. The analysis of the logical creation of the ‘‘ solo” management mode can offer deeper insights into the development characteristics of a sol〇 r, management mode, thus shedding light on the de-ficiencies of the mode and its optimization.
