镍矿烧结机台车密封装置改造 被引量:1

摘要 山西某120 m^2烧结机采用传统游板滑道式密封,使用多年致使其磨损严重,漏风率达到53.46%。经过改造升级,现采用新型自润滑密封,改造后通过烟气法测量漏风率,降至14.81%,风箱平均温度由114.21℃提升至136.83℃,风箱负压由-9.19 k Pa降至-12.5 kPa,润滑油使用量降至原来的33%,改造取得了良好的效果。 A 120 m2 sintering machine of Shanxi was sealed with traditional sliding plate. The wearing condition was serious after years of working and the air leakage rate was 53. 46 % . After the transformation and up grading, the new self-lubricating seal is adopted. After the renovation, the air leakage rate is reduced to 14. 81% which is measured by the flue gas method. The average temperature of the air bellow is increased from 114. 21 Tl to 136. 83 Tl , the negative pressure of the bellows is reduced from -9. 19 k P a to -12. 5 kPa , a n d the lubrication consumption reduced to 33 % to the original. The transformation has gained good effects.
