改良森田疗法与中医心理治疗法治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效观察

Effect observation of modified Morita therapy and TCM psychological therapy on patients with convalescent schizophrenia

目的:观察改良森田疗法与中医心理治疗法治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:本研究选取60例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为森田组(31例)和中医组(29例)。两组患者均共治疗8周。治疗前后,分别采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS),住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评定两组患者的疗效;采用WHOQOL-100中文版量表评定两组患者的生活质量;运用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析量表比较两组患者的数据结果。结果:治疗前后,两组患者的(BPRS)和WHOQOL-100组内差异均有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者间比较差异无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05);而森田组患者的IPROS评分高于中医组,特别是森田组患者的工作能力、生活能力、社交能力、关心与兴趣均明显高于中医组。结论:改良森田疗法治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效优于中医心理治疗法。

Objective： To observe effects of modified Morita therapy and TCM psychological therapy on patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods： 60 patients with convalescent schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into Morita group（ n =31） and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） group（ n = 29）. Before and after the treatment,the brief psychiatric rating scale（ BPRS） and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale（ IPROS） were used to evaluate the effects; WHOQOL-100（ Chinese version） was to assess the quality of life; and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was to compare the data of the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the BPRS and WHOQOL-100 scores before and after the treatment in both groups（ P〈0.01）; however,the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the IPROS score of Morita group was higher than that of TCM group,especially that the scores of the work ability,life ability,social ability,and concern and interest group were significantly higher than those of TCM group. Conclusions： Modified Morita therapy in the treatment of the patients with convalescent schizophrenia is superior to the TCM psychotherapy.
