公平视域下的民办高校发展

The Development of Private University in the View of Equity

公平视域下的民办高校发展,需要从三个方面研究。一是公平视域下民办高校的角色转变,要由"补充"向"共同发展"转变,由"附庸"向"伙伴关系"转变。二是公平视域下民办高校的自身变革,要实现由"企业"向"学校"转变,由"鱼龙混杂"向"优胜劣汰"转变。三是公平视域下民办高校的国家扶持,包括教育经费的一定投入和教育政策的一定倾斜。

We should study the development of private university from three aspects in the view of equity. Firstly, it is necessary to study the role transformation of private university in the view of equity, namely, the trans-formation from usupplement^ to “joint development”,and from ‘‘ dependency” to “ companion relationship”. Sec-ondly ,it is necessary to study the reform of private university itself in the view of equity, realizing the transforma-tion of private university from u enterpriseto ^80^ 01^ , and from ugood and evil mixed up,？ to u selecting the su-perior and eliminating the inferior” Thirdly, we should study the countrys support for private university in the view of equity, including certain investment of educational fund and certain inclination of educational policies.
