民营企业电子商务发展研究

Research on the Development of Electronic Business in Private Enterprises

近年来,我国经济下行压力加大,特别是在经济新常态和供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,传统产业效益不断下降,而电子商务却逆势上扬,得到了突飞猛进的发展,民营企业在其中发挥了重要作用。未来,在推动创新驱动的大背景下,民营企业进一步推动电子商务发展意义重大。就目前来看,民营企业电子商务发展既有优势又有短板,既面临重大发展机遇,又面临严峻挑战。要推动民营企业电子商务的进一步发展,政府、社会与民营企业必须共同发力。政府层面要加快制度建设,完善民营企业发展电子商务的生态环境;社会层面加快行业协会建设,完善行业协会功能,充分发挥其在行业标准制定和人才培养方面的作用;企业层面要实现与"互联互+"的深度融合,借助政策东风,促进电子商务升级发展。

In recent years, the pressure of economic downturn in China becomes greater. In the general back-ground of economy new normal and the structure reform of supply side, the benefit of traditional industry keeps on declining while economic business makes rapid progress and development, among which private enterprises play the important function. In the future, in the general background of promoting innovation - driven economy, it is of great significance that private enterprises should further develop electronic business. Currently we can see that there exist both advantage and short slab in the development of electronic business in private enterprises, facing important opportunities for development while at the same time severe challenges. In order to promote the further development of electronic business in private enterprises, government, society and private businesses should make joint efforts. Government should accelerate the system construction, and complete the ecological environment for the private en-terprises to develop electronic business; society should quicken the building of business association, consummate the function of business association, and give full play to their function in making business standard and talent culti-vation ;and for the enterprises, they should realize the deep integration with u interconnection and mutual addi-tion^ ,and with the help of policies promote the development and upgrade of electronic business.
