中国(郑州)跨境电子商务综合试验区获批以来,注重发挥自身优势,以跨境电商项目推进为发展引擎,在制度、监管、机制、服务等方面加大创新力度,在推动跨境电商健康快速发展方面进行了卓有成效的探索,为全国跨境电商试验区的建设积累了经验,但仍面临跨境电商产业基础薄弱、产业链条不健全等问题的制约。为此,应在全面深化部署的基础上,着力构建"三个平台、七个体系",着力构建"一核两区多园",着力体制机制服务全面创新,为全国跨境电子商务综合试验区建设积累经验。

Since its approbation by the country, China （ Zhengzhou） Cross - Border E - Commerce Compre-hensive Pilot Area tries to give full play to its own advantage, actively promotes the cross - border e - commerce i-tems as its development engine, makes innovation with great effort in system, supervision, mechanism, and service etc, and makes effective exploration to promote the healthy and rapid development of cross - border e - commerce. Now it has accumulated certain experience for other cross - border e - commerce pilot areas in China, yet there ex-ists still the restriction of some problems such as the weak basis of cross - border e - commerce industry, and in-complete industrial chain etc. Therefore, on the basis of general and profound deployment, it is necessary to make efforts to construct the hierarchy of uthree platforms, and seven sy s tem , construct the structure of u〇 ne core, two area, and more gardens^ , make overall innovation in the service of system and mechanism, and thus we can also accumulate experience for the construction of other cross - border e - commerce comprehensive pilot areas in Chi-na.
